Servicing

In accordance with Manufacturer’s guidelines, all vehicles will be fitted with genuine parts and lubricants which meet or exceed wear limits as set by the manufacturer.

Oil sampling will occur at each service to provide a report on the conditions and contaminants (if any) in the oil.

An added bonus to the oil sampling is that the information will be provided to Total Oils, the largest European oil supplier. All samples will be subjected to a register allowing you, the customer, to compare your vehicles wear and tear with thousands of others worldwide.

New Operator Training

As part of our commitment to our customers Vic Wide Mobile Diesel Repairs can help you with vehicle training for employees, whether they be new, old or contract, we are able to help you get the longevity out of your vehicles by providing some insider knowledge to operators.

Warranty

Vic Wide Mobile Diesel Repairs encourages all its customers to purchase extended warranty on all new vehicles. This helps you to control future vehicle maintenance costs. VMDR will provide a pick-up and delivery service to the Manufacturer in matters of Warranty.

Audits

In order to provide you with surety about the safety and performance of your vehicles, VMDR will conduct an audit of vehicles each 6 months and provide you with a ‘Condition Report’ which will allow you to make ongoing business decisions regarding your fleet. This service meets the Auditing requirements of any ISO 9001 accredited system.
